This RTEM distribution is created from RTEM V01.00 files that could be
found in internet.

RT-11 monitor was upgraded to RT-11 V05.07, and some changes were made to
the original RTEM files.

RTEM.TSK changes:
	- Version V01.00F
	- Added support for P/OS
	- Added support for dates after 1999
	- UCF.SAV flag sent to RT-11 is cleared for now
	- SCOPE flag sent to RT-11 is set according to the terminal settings
	- Real host system name is printed instead of harcoded VAX/VMS
	- Fixed DPB for ELP$ directive

JOAT.SAV changes:
	- Version V01.00H
	- Added ability to run under RT-11 V5
	- Added support for DA, DC, DH, DU, DW, DZ, VF, LB, $$ host system
	  disk devices
	- Added support for MU, VF, $$ host system tape devices
	- Decimal version numbers are used in RSX-11 if FE$DVN feature is set
	- Default virtual device image file type changed from .SYS to .DSK
	- DUM.SYS, MUM.SYS SDM.SYS, SLM.SYS, IND.SAV, UCL.DAT files are added
	  to the mark zone by default
	- Real host system name is printed instead of harcoded VAX/VMS
	- Added ability to work under VAX/RSX V2.5
	- Decimal device units for VAX/VMS, octal for RSX-11 and P/OS
	- Fix crash when trying to detach RTEM-11 device
	- Don't clear RTEM-11 device info as we can't detach it

FIP.SAV changes:
	- Version V01.00C
	- Added ability to run under RT-11 V5
	- Added support for DA, DC, DH, DU, DW, DZ, VF, LB, $$ host system
	  disk devices
	- Added support for MU, VF, $$ host system tape devices
	- Decimal version numbers are used in RSX-11 if FE$DVN feature is set
	- Real host system name is printed instead of harcoded VAX/VMS
	- Added ability to work under VAX/RSX V2.5

DLM.SYS, DMM.SYS changes:
	- VARSZ$ bit is set in handler status to make RT-11 V5 DUP work
	  correctly

VSM.SYS changes:
	- VARSZ$ bit is set in handler status to make RT-11 V5 DUP work
	  correctly
	- Fix I/O buffer pollution after updating the highest used directory
	  segment number.

RTEMFB.SYS changes:
	- RT-11 V05.07
	- Added extended device unit support
	- BSTRAP: fixed branch offset for ERRHOK
	- BSTRAP: fixed enabling of UCF mode if RTEM sets UCF.SAV flag
	- BSTRAP: fixed loading of hadlers with extended unit number support
	- BSTRAP: fixed CIS test to make it work under VAX/RSX
	- RMON: UCF mode is disabled by default
	- TRMTBL: SCOPE mode is disabled by default
	- USR: fixed corruption of registers at file close
